Your packed order
Packages are generally dispatched within 3-10 WORKING days after receipt of clear payment and are shipped via Romanian Post Airmail with tracking number. IMPORTANT NOTE: Orders containing more parts, customized parts, such as painted or modified parts can take up 7-30 WORKING days to be processed for delivery!!!
From our experience, estimated delivery time is 5 working days within EU and 5-12 working days for the rest of the world, due to customs inspection. Around hollidays, delivery time can be longer.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them! Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken by our personnel to protect fragile objects.
Import fees are sole responsability of the buyer!
Parts are generally shipped in thick bubble envelopes and models are wrapped and then packed in large sized cardboard boxes with foam and bubble sheet, so your items are well protected.
We are offering a 14 days return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, we will offer a full refund (minus shipping costs!) within 30 days. Please note that in order to be eligible for a refund, you must ship back your purchased item(s) at your own expense and in the exact same condition as you have received it! Because custom and personalized products, such as commissioned models or special ordered parts, are tailor made just for you, OR any wheel from our shop bought with paint option are NOT returnable nor refundable!!! Please read before you order!

Once you buy an order that contains painted, or custom made products described above, you agree they are non-changeable nor refundable!
