Q: What scale are your products?
A: We are working on 1/18 scale mostly. But we take commission jobs in 1/18, 1/24, and 1/43 or smaller scale, due to the fact that some models are produced in one scale only.
Q: Is it painted / assembled? Can I choose another color?
A: All of the trans-kits/ parts or wheels are 3D printed in photopolimerc resin and need to be painted. We offer commission jobs services. You are welcome to email us using our contact form for more details.
Q: Are you able to build my car in scale model?
Q: Where are you shipping the packages from?
A: We ship packages from Romania. International tracking number is always provided.
Q: How can I order and pay from this website?
A: Please find your product and just click on the icon BUY and select the amount of products you need. We only accept PayPal or Credit card (via PayPal).
Q: Which courier used for the shipping?
A: We will ship the packages via Romanian Post air mail.
Q: How long will it take until package arrives?
A: Normally, the package will arrive within max. 1-2 weeks, depending on your location. In EU countries, packages arrive faster than in USA or other continents, due to customs check. But delays can occur around holiday times. The delay may lead to 3-4 weeks waiting time.
Q: How much is the shipping fee? Can it be cheaper if I order few items?
A: We are offering worldwide shipping with tracking number. Shipping will cost 6 EUR for parts and 20-30 EUR for models, depending on weight and they're destination. Parts are normally shipped in bubble envelope. We are packing our products the best we can to ensure a safe transit to your address.
Q: Where can I find my tracking number?
Q: After 2 weeks I still didn’t get my order. What can I do?
A: We always ship our packages with tracking number. You can use the tracking number to check the package status. Please try to contract your local post office to find out the status of your package or contact us using the contact form.
* Please make sure your PayPal account shipping info is correct. In the worst case scenario, if the package is lost and we can’t track the package, we are willing to communicate with you to find out the best solution.
